So, I think I've decided not to come this year... We have some hospital bills that need to get paid, so I won't be able to afford it unfortunately. However, I've already made my reservation at Trout Lodge for a guest room. If I call, will I be able to get my deposit refunded??

hmm, I just called and spoke with Cat, and she said I could only get a refund during the first 48 hours of making the reservation, then after that they give you a gift card. Any suggestions? I really just need the money.

Okay. I dunno what went weird.... but I just talked to Cat, we figured it out and here's how it's gunna work...

You can cancel your reservations until October 1rst without penalty. After Oct 1, folks must either prove medical emergency or accept the gift card thingy.

Please call her back when you're able and it should be fine now.
