Adult Passes (18+) cost $150 each
Junior Passes (14-17) cost $100 each
Child Passes (4-13) cost $50 each
Please Note: We do not sell one-day or partial weekend passes. You must purchase a Wrockstock Pass and be a registered guest of YMCA Trout Lodge to attend Wrockstock 2008. Starting May 16th, all ticket sales are final. We were only able to issue refunds up to the May 15th, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Last-minute emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by case basis.
To register and pay for your pass, you will need to accurately fill out your registration form and pay the correct amount when you are directed to do so. You will receive a confirmation email that you may print out and bring along if you wish. You will be added to our registration roster and there will be a Wrockstock Pass waiting for you when you check-in upon arrival at Trout Lodge.
If our Elves find inaccurate or incomplete information on your forms, they will contact you in an attempt to correct the mistake. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folders. Any incorrect payments made to Wrockstock will be billed to you via paypal. We will allow 7 days for you correct the discrepancy before rejecting your registration.
This year you will be no need to check in with Trout Lodge and Wrockstock separately when you arrive. We have combined forces with them to make it one easy procedure.
·When you arrive at Trout Lodge, you will enter the main building thru the front doors. You will be in the lobby, which is actually the 4th floor. Give the friendly folks at the registration desk a smile, and then go downstairs to the “Mallard” rooms on the second floor to find us. There you will be able to check in, get your wristband, Wrockstock passes, maps and room keys. Muggles call the main building Sunnen Center, but we call it Hogwarts… mainly because the floors are labeled backwards, until you realize that half of the building is built into the side of the mountain. It’s wonderfully Hogwarty, but actually quite easy to navigate once you’re there.

We have three ways for you to become registered and pay for your Wrockstock Passes this year:
Wrockstock 2008 Adult Pass: $150
Must be at least 18 years old as of May 22, 2008 and already be listed on a reservation at Trout Lodge
Wrockstock 2008 Junior travelling with a chaperone Pass: $100
For those 16 & 17 year olds travelling with a chaperone. All chaperones must be registered before Junior Pass will be accepted, limit 1 of one Adult chaperone for 2 Juniors. Chaperones must be staying in the same room as, and accept all legal responsibility for the Junior attending with them.
Wrockstock Family Pass: Price will vary.
Families consisting of at least one adult and one junior or child may use this form. You must enter the names of every junior or child you are registering. The space for that will pop up once you select how many passes for that age group you will need. We will only accept Family forms from parents/guardians travelling with children, not chaperones travelling with juniors or small groups of adults travelling together.
