You may make your reservations from January 25th until October 31rst 2010... or until they sell out. There is only room for 500 attendees so once we're full, that's it, and you'll have to wait until next year. No exceptions. Everyone who attends Wrockstock must be a guest of Trout Lodge for the weekend.
  1. To make a reservation at Trout Lodge for Wrockstock, you must call 1-573-438-2154 and speak to Cat Dickey at extension 115. Be sure to mention you are calling about Wrockstock! We have a lock on the entire place, so if you don't mention WS, you won't be allowed to make a reservation. She is usually there from 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday, central standard time. Note: Do not try to use the Lodge's online reservation system or talk to the people at the front desk. There is a room block on the whole place, and you will be told there are no rooms available. You must speak to Cat Dickey. If she is not answering, please leave her a voicemail and she will get back to you as soon as she's able.

  2. You need to be 18 years old with a credit card in order to reserve a room or cabin. The total for Friday night's stay will be charged to your card immediately to act as a deposit on your room, so you will only need to pay for Saturday and Sunday nights when you check out on Monday morning. Kids 12 and under stay for free at Trout Lodge during Wrockstock the Third, but you must still inform Cat that they will be in the room with you.

    The rest of your bill is to be paid upon checkout... The final bill must be authorized and signed by the person whose card reserved the room come Monday morning. The best way to do this when sharing rooms with people is to have everyone pay their share to the cardholder in advance.

    Note: Regardless of if you will be arriving together or separately, every person in your cabin or room over the age of 18 must have their name listed on the reservation so they can be checked in quickly upon arrival. Kids and Juniors will not be listed, as they will all be travelling with an adult. Those Juniors travelling with chaperones will be allowed to check in for their Wrockstock pass, but will not be given the key to the room until their Chaperone has checked in.

  3. If you wish to add or subtract people to your reservation, you may do so by contacting Cat and telling her the changes. It is usually not required that you have everyone you want in your room listed on the day you make the reservation, but it's best to get it taken care of as soon as possible. Please note...the WS Staff cannot help you make changes to your reservation, only Trout Lodge people can do that for you.

  4. You must be listed on a reservation at the Trout Lodge in order to purchase a Wrockstock Pass. Once you are for certain listed on a reservation, you can be assured that we will sell you a Wrockstock Pass, even if rooms are sold out at that time.


We are making a few changes this year that you guys really need to be aware of:

CABINS: If you want to reserve a 10-person cabin for WS2010, you MUST have at least 6 people's names ready to put on the reservation at the time you call, and the deposits for all 6 people as well. After that, you may add people up to 10 as time goes on and make changes if needed.

Why are we doing this? Because last year, we had some people reserving an entire cabin for just themselves early on, then they just added people at random over the course of the year. That meant we sold out of cabins really early and they were just sitting empty half the year. Not only is that unfair to the groups of people who already know they want to room together and can pay the deposit, but it makes for a lot more work for our friends at Trout Lodge.

RESERVATION NUMBERS: Everyone is getting their own, unique reservation number this time. You cannot buy a Wrockstock Pass without a valid reservation number... we had a problem with "sharing" this last time. So... if you're caught trying to buy a Pass with someone else's reservation number, your Pass will be invalid until you can get your own reservation number... by registering with Trout Lodge and paying your deposit.
