Once you fill out the form, you will be directed to PayPal to finish the process. You do not need a PayPal account, just a checking account, debit or credit card. We understand and accept that sometimes glitches occur, but if we do not receive payment, your Pass is not valid. If we notice your payment did not come in with your form, one of our lovely Registration Team members will contact you to see if they can be of assistance.
When you arrive at Wrockstock, everyone over the age of 16 will need a valid picture ID such as a driver's license, Student ID, State ID, Military ID or passport to check in and pick up your Pass.
Passes MUST be worn to gain access the Room of Wrockquirement, the Wampum Willow and Craft Alley. Those not wearing a Pass will be asked to retrive it before being allowed in. If it is somehow lost, you will have to find one of the Registration Team ladies, show them your ID again and get a new one.
Please be aware that Wrockstock Passes are refundable, but not transferrable.
If you purchased a Pass but cannot attend Wrockstock after all, please contact our registration team and they will refund your Pass price minus the handling fee of $2.50. You cannot give your Pass to anyone else.
Also, do not be fooled by anyone selling a Wrockstock Pass. You will not be listed on our registration lists if you do not buy a Pass directly from us. And you will not be allowed into Wrockstock without your name being on our registration list. And you will not be allowed into Wrockstock without your name being on our registration list.
There is an additional $2.50 handling charge to help cover the fees that Paypal charges per purchase. We have several kinds of Passes available based on the age you (or your kids) will be on November 5th, 2009.

We also have a Family Pass option for those parents buying everyone's Passes at once. You can register up to 2 adults, 4 Juniors and 4 Kids per family pass.
***If you are the parent or chaperone of an attendee and do not plan on joining any of our activities or seeing any of the performances, you do not need to purchase a Wrockstock Pass, though you must still be a registered guest of Trout Lodge for the entire weekend during Wrockstock, and your child or ward must stay in your room.***

Adult Pass (18+) - $100
Junior Pass (13-17) - $75 - *See note about chaperones.
Kids Pass (4-12) - $25
Family Pass (All ages. Price will vary, families only. Adults acting as chaperones* and the Juniors they are attending with must fill out seperate forms.)
Toddlers and infants aged 3 and under are free, and don't need a Pass purchased for them.

The price changes will automatically take place at 11:59pm CST on 8/31/2010 and the entire system shuts down at 11:59pm CST on 10/31/2010. If you don't have a Pass paid for by then, you won't be allowed to attend Wrockstock the Third.
*We allow those who are 16 and 17 years of age to attend under the supervision of a friend who is at least 18 years old as long at that person's parents are aware they they are coming to Wrockstock and have approved of the chaperone. Chaperones MUST have already purchased their pass before the Junior they are supervising will be allowed to purchase theirs.
We also reserve the right to call your parents and check with them to be sure they are okay with you being at Wrockstock and with the person you listed as your chaperone.
