How to find us when you land at Lambert Airport:
Main Terminal:
All concourses will lead you to the Baggage Claim area on the lower level of the airport’s Main Terminal. We will have at least one Travel Team Member waiting to greet you in the Baggage Claim area near Main Terminal Exit M17. We will be wearing Wrockstock Staff shirts.
East Terminal:
Follow the signs to the Metrolink station after getting your baggage and ride it over to the Main Terminal and follow the signs to Baggage Claim. It's free between terminals.
Should you not be able to find us, there is an information booth located between Baggage Claims M4 and M5, and they will know where to locate us, or can page us if necessary.
We suggest you become acquainted with the airport prior to your arrival, by visiting http://www.flystl.com/ and scrolling over the “Airport Information” tab, then selecting “Maps” from the bottom of the menu that appears.
The Friday Knight Buses will be making a stop at the store on the way to Trout Lodge, so you can purchase any last minute needs such as snacks, adult beverages (for those 21 and over), or anything else you may want. You will have half an hour to do your shopping and get back to the bus.
You will catch the Knight Bus on Monday by being outside the Lodge's main building (Hogwart's on our map) no later than 30 minutes before your departure time. This allows us to load all your luggage and get last minute photos and say goodbyes before you depart. The main building is where you will check in/out, and where the dining hall is, so you will be familiar with it when it’s time to leave on Monday.

Special note for those staying in cabins:
When you arrive on Friday, your luggage will be given a color-coded tag based on your scheduled departure time Monday morning. You will need to write your cabin number on the tag as soon as you check in and then hand your bag over to the Trout Lodge staff, who will be transporting your luggage for you between the main building and the cabins on Friday and again on Monday, since it's kind of a hike.
You must have your luggage ready and waiting outside your cabin door no later than half an hour before your Bus departure time on Monday if you want the Lodge staff to drive it up to where the busses will be. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns... thanks!!!
